To no one’s surprise, a new study identified that people felt less stressed when they checked emails only three times a day, instead of constantly glancing at their electronic devices.
In fact, the lower stress levels encountered from the frequent email obsession also predicted higher health ratings for folks of all types.
However, as you might guess, modifying email habits proved difficult for many involved in the study.
